This app is a complete joke, videos are not in HD and the computer hangs forever. The playlist does not work. You have to press the buttons 1000 times. 4 bucks to trash

Love this app, great for saving video playlists and what have you. Only problem, and maybe its just mine, idk, but the search bar doesnt show up right away and if at all. Makes it hard to search for videos obviously. If some one knows something that im not seeing on how to do so, please tell me, but other than that, great app. Just really would like that fixed! Update: I figured out how to use this app and still search for videos, BUT it would still be nice to have a search bar at the top of the window at all times. How you go about searching videos right now with this app is to use the side bar on the left hand side and scroll down to where it says desktop. Click that and it will open up to a search screen. In my opinion this is a little bit annoying. Still it is a good app. As far as the complaints abou the HD part goes. It doesnt have to do with the app per say. It has to do with the video being watched. Example being, if a video is in its maximum resolution, lets say 480p,then you will see it in 480p. If the video normally opens up in 720p, but has the ability to be in 1080p then you will see it in 1080p. Hope that helps.

The App appears to function fine except for one feature. The four arrors button does not seem to work, to provide Lion Full Screen mode which is important to me. I am running Mountain Lion on a iMac 12,1. After requesting assistance on the iLifeTouch website (forum link gives a 404 Page not found error), Jeff started to communicate with me to try and resolve the issue. So far the issue still exists, but I am hopefully that he can help. Awarding a three-star rating until the Lion Full Screen issue can be resolved.

What has happened to this app, use to work beautifully, now its horrible. When you sign in there is no playlist, no videos, nothing. FIX NOw….

This app used to work really good, all of a sudden it just stopped. I cant pull up my favorites, my history, my playlists, my watch later and I cant read my messages... nothing. Im going to give this app a low rating until you fix this problem.

Was waiting for the update. Now it works fine, all well and good.

For me, the app functions normally except for the MiniPlayer (which was my favorite feature). The MiniPlayer opens and just sits with a black screen while the original video plays inside the main app window. It used to work great. Ive emailed the developer and never got a response. Is it will remain an average app.

I used to love this app until it stopped working with the mini player. I wrote the developer and sought support, but they never responded. Now with the latest update, the whole app doesn’t work! It loads YT and that’s it. Videos don’t play right and the mini player still just hangs and says loading… Only reason I keep it is that I’m hoping an update will fix these issues and this latest version has made it worse. Boo!

Very good idea but the application needs performance enhancements really very very slow

But you can’t sync with the main YouTube website, your wishlist doesn’t stay on the original site if you add anything onto this app. Also I accidently deleted one of the options, and it never came back for me, even after restarting app. Good design, and handy, but there is really nothing to original about it. You can get the same experience on the regular YT website. Disappointed.
